Who wouldn’t want to work for a company that takes social responsibility seriously?

A key factor for a company and workplace to function effectively and achieve success is inclusion, along with satisfied employees who are given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Although inclusion is not currently a specific reporting requirement under EU regulations, it remains important to measure and prioritize inclusion within your organization.

Inclusion is about many social aspects within a company. It focuses on protecting employees and their well-being, helping them avoid physical or mental burnout. The first step is creating an open dialogue between management and staff about their needs. Some may prefer occasional remote work, while others want to develop skills through courses or workshops. Each person is different, and meeting these needs boosts both satisfaction and productivity. It’s a win-win situation.

Inclusion Means Recruiting Vulnerable Groups

Recruiting vulnerable employees is another key part of social responsibility and inclusion. “Vulnerable” may sound negative, but it refers to people who haven’t yet had the chance to show their potential. This includes individuals on the fringes of the labor market, such as people with disabilities, at-risk youth, the long-term unemployed, flexible job workers, and neurodivergent individuals like those with ADHD or autism. These employees may need certain accommodations to thrive. Addressing their needs through inclusion and dialogue opens the door to new skills and perspectives.
